Can anyone tell me if I should go charge cooled or just uprate the oem intercooler for a pro ally and extra ducting ?

Don’t worry bud I won’t rush out and buy anything lol, I just want to make sure the mods I do are the right ones first time. Made a few mistakes with my m3 and waisted money, want to make sure I get this one right first time.
I know these can suffer from heat soak on track and hot days

Extras cooling to the standard cooler till you go mad with HP and it will be fine.

You’re E46 looks properly clean. I used to have an M-Coupe with the same S54 engine. Quite a few on here with a history of M-Cars.
The S54 used to be my favourite engine…before the S62, oh and SC+CC Honda K20.
Yer awesome engine, I just fitted the carbon airbox and remap before I sold it !! It’s sounded beautiful.
It was a really well looked after car by myself and previous owners. Used to love cleaning that one.
