NA Build....

Track Club have been mapping with everything on, they have some figures which look impressive enough. More to follow

Nice engine, shame about the chassis.

What the S2, it’ll be lighter then yours soon lol

Converting it to a 3 wheeler???

Come on Dude!

What BHP did it make then?

Did you flow and cam up use one of those heads you bought last year BTW?

Yep I have figures, but I’m going to ask Stephen to post up the graph so I get all the info documented correctly, my knowledge is not the best although I understand. We used that head, they skimmed it again and tweaked the porting, compression is 12.5.

Somewhere near Lichfield…

 PMSL Stephen wouldn’t go to 10k no matter what lol

not with valve springs rated to 9…

Now there’s a good reason

come on spill the beans?
what did it make 150hp at 9k rpm and 12lb\ft of torque?

Lol I’ll let Stephen post up the figures

So the front aero catch brackets are now marked up and ready to fit once the clam’s off. The holes are cut in the clam and everything’s lined up nicely. I have two Specialty Fastner quarter turn catches to fit but I haven’t bought those yet.

This is as far as I got with fitting the pylon brackets and cutting holes in the clam as I’d left a part at work. I’m actually thinking I’ll leave it until the engine is in as the chassis to clam height/ distance without the engine is…bloody high!

You & yer Dremel, eh!

Lol didn’t know that was coming

I like you’re aero catch system for the rear clam, I’m thinking of the same quick release method. Ive looked at the hinged clams but I’d prefer mine to be removable or hinged at the top for better access. Does the roof overlap the rear clam or have you relieved the clam so you can remove it without taking the roof off?

No roof has to come off to release the moulds the rear roof clamps secure into…you’ll know them when you see them Wes. That’s the only fitting I have that side of the bulkhead along with the aero catches (and Specialty Fastners Quarter turn screws I’m yet to fit). The Aero brackets might have been inspired by… http://nitronracing.wordpress.com/ and Gav

It’s got another day on the dyno yet, it’s looking like the other side of 220 at the moment but a lot of time spent on getting he idle sped control valve working which is tricky with the size of the intake!

That is a great result!!!

JF, have you sold your rear view camera yet!

Becomming quietly impressed with Trackgroup tbf

Can you get hinged clam kits for the Exige S2 ?
