Jonny's S1 Exige Thread. Again!

Thanks Keith will do

How is progress Jonny?

Lol slow Pete

I am back soon mate, well see youā€¦ and drool over the Exige! :sunglasses:

Newsflashā€¦ Car is off to Gavā€™s tomorrow. I popped in the other week while I was in Burton and arranged a date to have the car collected and dropped off. Iā€™m at a point where itā€™s time to get the car checked out good and proper and STARTED. John from JSR has checked and double checked all the electrics last week. He found a few things and sorted a few things, I owe him a massive thanks. So as we stand, a new immobiliser, a new alarm, a neater job made of the battery cut out wiring and Iā€™ve swapped out the chrome handbrake grip for a new OE jobby via DeRoure. I think it looks way way better. This year I shall not be letting Dean down and making LiTP.

Next two weeks should be exciting but Iā€™m not nervous oh no, not one little bit

Looks fantastic. I agree about the handbrake, I have been surfing e-bay for a non-alloy oneā€¦Deroure here I come. See you on LiTP, will be great to see and hear it. It may need verniers and cam timing before it runs nicely.

Shiny, shiny, shiny.

What if it pi$$es down at LitP?

:astonished:

Gazebo!

Awesome JF

Very nice looking, Jonny

On course for a great ā€œrevealā€
I hate that word, but needs must.
Iā€™ve booked my slot so donā€™t let me down . . .

Great! Looks clinical

Looking forward to viewing the finished article at LiTP JF

Lol no pressure at all.

Big thanks to Gav at Unit 4 Lotus.

S1 Exige first start after rebuild - YouTube

Congratulations  Great to here it running again.

Cheer buddy

Pleased to hear a perfect vhpd sounds just like mine. Great success Jonny. No smoke either, I was expecting clouds after a rebuild.

Sounds as rough as a badgerā€™s arse, where the S/C whine?

Can I buy it?

Yes! Well maybe, you need something
