The kit that seriouslylotus sell is spot on : Removable Steering Wheel Kit (Non Air bag cars)

Cheers Andy, I’m wanting a Sparco wheel, so I’ll look to see if they do a kit without the wheel itself. I’m more worried about the play in the snap off kit, witnesses it before on annother car and was very off putting.

Assuming it was a shite product and these will be higher quality.

I have the B&G part on my car ( along with the wheel ) and it feels as solid and well made as the OEM item.

If you are near me , come and take a look .

Thanks Andy, I’ll take a browse. Need to add it to the list anyway.

Where abouts are you? I’m sunny Wakefield.

20mi from you at most - other side of Donny.

I’ll defo pop round then at some point! Be nice to see your lovely motor

I think you must be confusing my car with someone else’s.

Mines well loved :smile::+1:

In some unexpected news, I have sold my OEM seats. I was going to change the interior anyway so it’s perfect timing that I found someone looking for a pair.

It does leave me without any thought now, so I’ll be on the lookout for some Tillet B6’s. If anyone knows someone selling point them to me please!

Steve @ Tillett is a very good man to speak to about these @Jake. He can recommend different models for different sizes.

Quite fortunately I have two different sized b6 screamers in my car for any one to try out which fits best …

Ooooooo

Show me yours :joy:

This is sounding more like tinder than exiges.com

Hey it’s all PG in here…. I’m just a guy who likes seats

Stage one of the interior changes. Just collected these after being flocked. Just need to apply some fabric dye to the centre part of the dash then we are ready to reinstall.

Bit nervous of catching the A pillars with the dash as it was a right squeeze on removal, but will give it a go.

That looks fantastic. Where did you get it flocked?

Thanks guys, was a local guy round near me. Huddersfield/Wakefield ish.

On Facebook under For Flock Sake.

Real good quality and not expensive either. Started to put some back in the car today but realised I left my dash vents at work so that halted progress :joy:

Any idea if this is all I need for my aftermarket steering wheel?

Top work. On my list of to do’s when I get hold of a new dash top.
Pics when done please.

Okay! So, we are slowly getting there. Dash and most of the main bits bag in place. Looks really smart all back together I think, pics below…

So this has now moved me onto my next problem to tackle, I’m fed up having both harnesses and seatbelts in the car, with me getting some proper bucket seats I’m sacking off the normal belts… now I’m starting to lose my temper on removing this big black cover that covers the lower seatbelt bolts, could anyone shed some light for me before I smash it in a million pieces? And then same again with the centre console, so I need to remove the tiny little grub screws in the handbrake and knob before it’ll come out?

As usual all help and wisdom hugely appreciated :joy:
