ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh INDEED!!
Photo to follow later today. (If i remember)
Its another job to add to the list needed to finish the car for Anglesey - Fit 240R rims…
So here we have the first pallet load in the van…
This is what is inside each box
Lovely Wheels Dave!
Such a shame I had to sell my lovely S2…
will the center caps fall out like the originals?
I’m sure Dave can arrange that if you want, Ade - he is a very obliging man! (Allegedly )
They are exactly 100% the same as originals!! So yes…

I can supply with the caps already missing, so then it wont be a problem…
haha
TOP TIP…
To keep the caps on even during a hot track day, simply prepare in advance by removing caps, applying a small amout of mastic sealent to the cap retaining lugs and refit. Wipe away excess mastic, wait until cured and then off you go with peace of mind
I gave up with them years ago, to be honest they just added weight
i gaffa taped mine in place today but bedford still claimed one
Best to remove them before leaving the pit lane
Well that didnt take long at all- First batch sold and despatched
Well done, will there be more?
Simple answer is yes
The truth is they where ordered at the same time as the last batch, so should be here tomorrow or monday at the latest.
I also ordered a third batch today…
(must remember to keep a set for my car, it has to look good at Anglesey when im pushing it around!!!)
haha
Dave!
Can you source TMR’s for the S1 please!!!
Looks like the only UK supplier at the moment is MSAR?
I am sure you would have quite a few takers! Me for one!!!
Cheers,
Pete.
P.S It’s ok… I will push this time!

Yes i can but they are uber expensive and i need to buy 10 sets.
Not really worth the hassle or risk!!
Pete - I would have another set as well … which would make Ben happy
You can buy direct from Japan … but with the Yen as it is then they are relative expensive whatever way you look at it … however …
The AUD is at about 96 yen which is where it was before 2009 where as the GBP is now at about 140 Yyen and it was at 200.
Meaning that in relative terms it may be cheaper to buy in AUD than GBP … but then you hav eto ship to UK and pay import costs again … unless you take one wheel at a time …
OK … so that doesnt work either
Anyone got any SH TMR’s
Latest batch of 240r rims have arrived!!
