Yes you are correct, the cost in pads and brake discs has been a considerable investment to get them like this.
I took the car to the local car cleaners before Rockingham and they spent ages on the wheels, then apologised for not getting them clean enough, I had a little chuckle and then told them they were the best they had been in several years.
