WTB: Exige S2 2 way Ohlins

Must be v low mileage

Why? Are the badly affected by miles???

Yes

As are all coilovers!

WHY???

Have you got some to sell?

what’s wrong with big miles plus a refurb btw?

Great, thanks for that!

I thought the dampers of a 2-11 were not a direct fit to an S2 as the 2-11 is based on a S1 chassis or something? I think they are a different length or something.

I did that and it cost 1k on top, you’ll need to factor that in and most will be reluctant to discount I would have thought.

There have been quite a few ads on here for low mileage Ohlins in the past.

Nowt wrong with old and a refurb, but as Jonny has said its extra dosh. I bet old and a refurb isnt far off new price.

i have a set of new ones that i bought last year and never fitted.
going to sell the exige soon for an evora so these need to go

They look nice and shiny carlpcross, but how much?

Marky B,s back !
… any friend of Jonnyfox is good by me x

Are they not dampers for a 2-11?

The end eyes look a little too short to be the exige ones…

??

Easy swap though aren’t they Gav?

Oh balls - are they 211??

Are there any numbers on them which would confirm?

I can’t find the 211 vs Exige part numbers…

Hi mate! :hello:

Easiest way to tell is to simply measure the dampers (measurements are centre of the top end eye to centre of bottom end eye)

Exige std-

Front 337mm/57nm
Rear 414mm/74nm

Exige Cup 260 -

Front 327mm/80nm
Rear 404mm/105nm

2-11 std (which is what i think those dampers are) -

Front 316mm/80nm
Rear 384mm/105nm

You should get away with 4 new end eyes to lengthen the dampers (50-80 each depending on which end eyes you go for)
