Never thought the day would come… but I have decided gthat I have to sell the Exige!

House move… ie: cannot sell our home courtesy of those bloody -ankers (can insert many letters!!!), so we are buying another so me and missus 757 donjt have to commute 150 miles every day to work!

Never thought an Exige could end up as a house deposit!

Gutted… ad is up now on pistonheads…

I am certain however that when all this economic nonsense is over I will be back! (Mmmmm will that be inan S1, S2 or an Evora!!!)

We need to move this year too (out of space) but if my missus reads this, we’ll make do rather than sell the Exige :wink:

Yes sad decision… believe me it has not been one lightly taken given my addiction to the beast… and the great community that owning one allows some brill banter and spirit!

Looked at all the options… and unless someone in Bristol would like to house swap with me up near Brum, there is no other choice! Together we have done over 45,000 miles commuting over the last year since the housing market nonsense!

At least I wont be monstering the SC rice burners in the corners now!!! :smiley: :smiley:

Ouch, extreme bad news - couldn’t imagine anything that would make me sell, but hey who saw all the crap thats happened in the last year.

Blimey guys… I have had SO many phone calls today… with many buyers offering the full price cash to drive away!

I wont count my chickens just yet however…

What really pisses me right off is that I SWORE I would NEVER sell my Exige!.. and all I am doing now is swearing!

The S1 is just magic… they will just keep on getting rarer and rarer and it wont be long until they will be selling for more than the original list price! I have put so much into my car… as I know we all have, it is very hard to see it go!

I have never seen anyone else drive it… so the missus is going to have to do so this weekend so I can practice saying goodbye! :cry:
