Once again ‘One Eleven Cars’ have kindly produced us a fabulous promo video marking the 10th anniversary of Lotus in the Peak. Fellow MLOC’ers Jon and Rob are the guys behind One Eleven Cars and have their own Youtube channel which is well worth a look - Thanks guys!

And we also have an ‘A’ service courtesy of Lotus specialist - Foulds Motors - Thank you Chris for your longstanding support.
MLOC member Alec Grimsey has very kindly donated a £75 voucher off any booking of one of his Cornish Holiday Homes http://www.cornishholiday.info
And Central Lotus have been magnificent in their support this year. Not only have they offered an ‘A’ service and a Lotus jacket for the raffle but they have also donated three superb auction prizes:-
An indoor car cover of your choice to suit an Elise,Exige or Evora
A Lotus approved machine polish and ceramic paint protection worth £500
and not forgetting the small item of a full days use of their very own Emira, fully insured.
A huge thanks to Connor and all the team at Central Lotus
All proceeds from the raffle and auction will go to the Rainbows Hospice so don’t forget to bring your wallets!
LATEST NEWS JUST IN - WE NOW HAVE A RECORD BREAKING 250 LOTUS CARS BOOKED TO ATTEND!
Places on the morning runs are now very limited with just a handful of places remaining on the Ashbourne and Classic runs - So book now to avoid disappointment.
I have to say I would like to park together with friends or near
Can we still organise this?
Exiges area or S1 exiges and 340R?
With so many Lotus it will be hard to find friends if we are not parking together. Also it would be GREAT if people would have their forum name and real name on their tshirts and cars. Im printing a shirt here with this.
With Series-One’s suggestion in mind,
this is the Cumbria Lotus gang heading
south:
Me (Thommo) Exige S1
Lee Hunter Exige S3
Steve Bestwick Elise 250 cup
Mark Holmes Exige S3
Bob Jackson Evora S1
TIm Hodgson Evora S
Andy Smith Exige S3
In addition: Jabbs ( Mark Jablonski) and his dad
Ted (both Exige S1s) will be there.
If I have omitted anyone, please forgive the oversight.
Hi Everyone, we have a good number of first timers booked on to Lotus in the Peak this year and have had one or two query not having received tickets.
To clarify: there are no printed tickets for LitP. Everyone that has booked will receive full instructions digitally by email in the week before the event. For those booked on a run these instructions will include your group number and leader. There will also be a ‘run signing on form’ - It is important that this form is printed off, signed and handed to your assigned leader on arrival at your start point. This is a legal requirement for our MSUK event approval. No form no run! So please take care to bring it with you to the start point.
Please keep an eye on your inbox and be sure to check your spam mail just in case!
Additionally - All those booked onto the ‘Classic Run’ please note there has been a change of run start start point and it will now be Calton Lees Car Park Chatsworth, off the A6012 DE4 2NX. (NOT HASSOP STATION CAFE).
Thanks everyone - We’re all looking forward to a great day, we hope you are too!
More LitP raffle prizes have been generously donated for this year’s event.
Car Service Packs (https://www.carservicepacks.co.uk/) have given us a £75 voucher - for those that don’t know them they supply high-spec oils and other service items by mail order at very competitive prices. The proprietor Graham Laslett is an Elise racer. Check out their website. Thanks Graham!
My Lotus Parts (https://www.mylotusparts.com/) have given us a £100 voucher. My Lotus Parts are a new business sourcing and supplying genuine Lotus parts for the Elise and Exige platform cars, and have taken over the business of well known and respected Lotus man, Phil ‘Junks’ Peeks. Thank you My Lotus Parts!
Both businesses will be at Chatsworth for the event.
The raffle prize draw will take place after our picnic lunch at Chatsworth on the big day, Sunday 10th July 2022. All proceeds go to our supported charity Rainbows Hospice for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
To buy raffle tickets, and to pay for entry to the event if you haven’t already, go to https://www.midlandslotus.co.uk/, or if you prefer, you can pay the entry fee on the gate at Chatsworth and buy raffle tickets at the MLOC gazebo.
Please Note: The last orders for ‘Lotus in the Peak’ via the MLOC store is this Wednesday 29th June, if you wish to join us after this you will need to pay £12 on entry at Chatsworth on the day.
Also note that ALL the early morning runs are now full.
