It was looking so good. This is one of the reasons mine is up for sale. After putting so much time and money into it post my incident at the Abingdon Sprint it is too good a condition to use it how I want to now.
I had a bent rear wishbone as well, but it also bent the upright by about 7mm. It was un-noticeable unles put side by side with the straight upright from the other side. This only came to light when I tried to do a coarse geo prior to a proper setup. Hope that it all can be repaired easily. Really liking the colour, makes me wish I’d been a little more bold in my choice of colour during the respray!
Very sensible Tim. I especially recommend fitting a new hub. Lesson learned the hard way in my rally fiesta, we clouted an earth bank on Grizedale stages and all seemed ok. A few weeks later at Angelsey there was a bang limped into the pits, jacked it up and the front wheel fell off! Complete with disk Sheared hub flange.
