You don’t need a surgeon to put some iodene in a cut on the knee! Or test for tetnus or make sure your headache isn’t a stoke!
If you had to pay a fiver to get into A&E then I bet it would be a hell of a lot quieter, it’s because it’s “free” people abuse that fact…
You know in this country if someone was giving away a lorry of free bread and just asked for people to only take what they absolutely need there’d be a large majority loading up their 4x4’s to the absolute limit!

I think the result makes me even more sure that England should have it’s own parliament, just like Scotland and Wales do. (I know Wales is an “assembly”, but that looks set to change)
