New Exige V6 - Is it really an Exige?

I’d settle for 380-400bhp.

When are you coming over?

Like your thought process … I,m nearly there with mine (gearbox aside)
Of course a tuned one will seriously blow my doors off and I’ll need a rethink !
A quick “back of the envelope” calculation shows that a tuned V6 would need 500bhp to match a 350bhp Honda S1 Exige for bhp/ton. That’s a big task I reckon.
What’s a S1 Honda 0-60 & 0-100 times ?
Why on earth would I buy a car that is less in every way and looks like crap…?
The SC needs a chargecooler to make any real power,

I think it;s a total fail except for the light pod but I bet the price of the pod is laughable…
Has the Evora GTE got a chargecooler ?

Says the man with a thousand horsepower !!

The new Exige is growing on me! Especially the front end, but I’m still not convinced by the rear end or spolier.

Happy with the wheels, plus they look like they’ll be easier to keep clean than my twin spokes! Grrr!

No chargecooler but there is room for a cooler plate… Not the best solution but it will give you another 5+ psi. of boost…

I guess it will be on the next upgraded Exige at some stupid price increase…

How have Lotus got 440hp in the Evora GTE from 350 ?

Like your train of thought…

 not even got one and I’m making it faster .

Isn’t the GTE an NA???

Right up Jon boys street
