 [/quote]

 at one point my wife came out and actually said “you haven’t done anything” lol

Thats more positive than I would have got. Would have gone something along the lines of, “You fool, what do you think you’re up to now?”

So using this stuff after a good key…

Went from this…

To this!

Followed by a little tidy up top…

Ended up like this

Just the Carbon to replace the window to finish it off but I’ll do that later and so that’s the back end finished for now, part 1 of 3 before it goes off to have the engine and ECU installed

While the splitter is being painted I did this (cheers Gav  )

I bought the quarter panels off Mark on eBay who added and extra layer where the Aero-Catch 3 goes and filled in the indicator hole for me which I’ll relocate later. Out came the Dremmel

When it came to the clam I kind of dived in and forgot to take photos. It was messy and required a fair bit of cutting but nothing too taxing. The shut lines look like they’ll be spot on. I’ve just marked off and Sikaflex’d a couple of washers on the inside of the quarter panels so they line up with the doors and clam once fitted. I’ll fit the Splitter Monday and that’ll be part 2 of 3 done . Just the dash to finish off, carbon centre tunnel is done, lol it’s truly Carbon Fiber overwhelming in the there

Looking good matey

looks good jonny, but am some what concerned on all the extra weight those stickers along the sill must weigh, sheesh…

Looking very cool Dude!

Is John helping you put the engine back in too?

does look good, you going to make Easter this year?

Its not the stickers that will be the problem. Its Mr Fox after he has eaten all the Haribo’s
Greedy git

Ade’s calendar for 2012…January, February, March… November, December, … April!

Hopefully ready Ade.

The engine and ECU are being completed by Track Club but I’ll be keeping John busy on the cars return .

Lol there’s alway plenty of room for stickers!

Just at the Bike show actually, looking at bikes, just bikes, not the girls, just the bikes…PROMISE!

Im more concerned with the weight of that filler in the bulkhead. Start again mate lol

Looking ace Jonny

Some will undoubtably be one and the same??

Sniff those saddles!

Yeah the filler in the bulkhead, did raise an eyebrow or two with me as well.

Seriously, about the filler, why? It was a tiny tin and hardly added any weight at all maybe a Kilo?

How much was the carbon offset of that kilo of filler? 500? :astonished:

:tired: whatever
