Definately got track days planned, i was going to start at bedford aurodrome, as ive heard its great for starters, as it has large run off areas?

I love Bedford. I have done loads of track days all over the place, but Bedofrd is one of my fave places because you can be 110% committed and if it goes wrong your not going to hurt the car. You can break super late and just go flat out round the corners in the vein hope tat you will make it round, and you usually do. lol.
There is no better place to learn the cars limits than Befored in my opinion.

Lotus-on-track ( http://www.lotus-on-track.com/ ) are good. There’s always a nice lot of Elise “bait” .
Easytrack ( http://www.easytrack.co.uk ) and Bookatrack ( http://www.bookatrack.com/ ) are also very good.
Peter Field on here also has a young track day company. http://www.ontrackmotorsport.co.uk. Very good and these days are usually not too busy and good VFM.
The 1stLotus ( http://www.1stlotus.com/ ) days are also worthwhile to learn good car control in a safe environment.

You should subscribe to circuit driver magazine. They list pretty much every track day that is going on every where in the country. I have litterally been sat at home on an evening, picked it up, chosen a day, called up the organisor and been on track the next day. The mag lists all the names and contact details. Plus it has some great articles.

Yeah my ex-wifes defence to running off with my sons golf coach, was that I had an affair with my car. lol. I don’t think me following up with “well its a damn site easier getting into that than getting in to you” went down very well. lol
But hey ho, been divorced for two years now, single the whole time and I am loving it. Like i have said in my race prep post, I just dont understand girls lol.

Thats saying something Sean, I didnt think there was anything harder to get into than an S1!
Mine is extremely reliable yet it still goes down on me more than my last girlfriend!
Anyway the Exige is cheaper, doesnt answer you back and still looks the same when you wake up in the morning…and as it gets older it becomes more precious not less!
