two 1980 minis that were donated by british Leyland to circumnavigate the world to raise money on behalf of save the children in 1980, the only minis ever to complete this task, it took 13 months and circa 40,000 mls, they were re built several times during the trip.
Stored in a museum since 1981 until around 20 yrs ago, both found languishing in a Cornish barn, now sold as a pair for restoration.
1935 Austin Seven Sports, had a rear end fire, I decided to repair this myself after meeting a young guy who had started up doing aluminium bodies for vintage cars, he’s totally re-built the body, its almost finished now as you can see.
