interesting to see Randy pegged back after his domination at oulton, any ideas if anyone was having problems or is it just down to track knowledge - i know a few of them had not been to Oulton previously?
AWESOME. I’m still waiting for the Oulton round to be hosted up online

Startline incident between Steve Williams, Simon Scuffham & Andrew Walsh ended up including David Skeggs when he t-boned Steves car. Dave & Steve are out of the race tomorrow.
Sounds like a great day and some great racing. Too short notice to get the DTM machine to organise media passes for me and Tap so alas we won’t be there I had family commitments up in Warks so I could not even attend as a spectator

Apparently David may be on the grid tomorrow and Steve’s car is driveable, se he might be there too. Never underestimate the ingenuity of those two.
Sorry to hear about the accident and Russ retiring. Maddog was hampered with electrical problems and only got a few laps in.
Just a warning to spectators going tomorrow, they will not let you into where the LOT marquee is located without a Paddock Pass.
I was stopped from entering by some officious female steward, spoilt the day.

David.
The whole event is owned and paid for by the DTM and for some reason this year they have closed the paddock to anyone without a paddock pass, and I believe they have even reduced the number of these available. The do cost 12, which includes a pitlane walk in the morning. A bit much if you have already paid the entrance fee I know.
Just spoken to Russ, apparently it was 'charger belt failure again. When it failed it took some of the wiring with it, including the all important crank sensor.
All set to go again now, hopefully with the belt problemn resolved.
