Guess what, I can’t open any PMs!
I’m told I have two messages waiting but I can’t open them as the folder is said to be full. I cleared half of the inbox folder but no new messages appeared. I give up, I really do.

Maybe the site is trying to tell you something.
When you’ve cleared the message there some text to click that says something like ‘release messages’ - its in the top panel.
To fix the avatar, go to the edit avatar and then find the box ‘upload from URL’ and copy in the following :
Hit submit and you’re done 
Is there anything else I can help you with today
As payback, the badger has lost its bling because I can’t find my old avatar
