top tip - on sane peoples keyboards the caps lock key is on the left.
so basically none of those engines are dva engines, what they are are failed engines with dva heads and they failed bcause of poor cooling design.
I understand dva tracks his heads - you will now be able to provide that info.
its amusing though that you were at great pains to claim that head softening is the result of poor cooling design by rover.

Like most others on here I am getting totally pissed off with all the bullshit.
You constantly duck direct questions, hence the post, it was very simple, you were claiming that DVA built those engines, DVA disputed the claim, you wouldn’t say which so I thought I’d make it easier. You still haven’t said if any on the ‘engines’ in that picture were built by DVA, as you seemed to be making out in the original post. (In fact your post above seems to actually state that the engines in the picture weren’t built by DVA) Having a DVA head does not make it a DVA engine. Years ago DVA fitted some verniers on my old Sport 160, that doesn’t make that a DVA engine. In mine and others views to be classed as the engine builder that person should build the complete thing, not just modify a cylinder head for it.
I’m not trying to say that DVA is right and you are wrong, I’d just like to see some clarity and less unsubstantiated rumour as it’s ruining a great forum.
Yes I am an engineer (unlike you who seems to be a sculptor come dance instructor) but I’ve no idea why that has any relevance here, as this was a post to get some clarity and honesty. There is some useful engineering discussion in the thread but as usual it has descended into muppetry which we are all getting fed up of.
If you have proof of a botched DVA build then post pictures of that, don’t post pictures of other engines he may have only built a head for.
