Sounds great, how come?
You are right Tim, but I do enjoy driving it
Quite a bit of mark up for Lotus on them…
Hence why I now stock them at a more realistic price!!!

I also have the standard Pirelli tyres in stock as well

gp_fisher:Has anyone else on here ordered an LF1 ?
I know there are a few dealer cars for stock, but heard that only two cars from 81 available to order through the factory. If so that is good news for Lotus. There are a few unsold sitting in dealer showrooms…
What number did you end up getting Pete?
I got number 18 Brands Hatch.
That would be good to get Sir Stirling Moss to sign your car.
Yep the trofeo tyres are expensive, I had the standard P Corsa’s fitted at the factory. Most of my driving will be road with a few T/D’s
delands:Oh, Sir Stirling Moss has confirmed that he will sign my LF1. Plans are being made for a meet.
LF1 number 1
Sounds great, how come?
He’ll sign anything (well known for it), provided you cross his palm…
No fee though i will be offering to make a donation to his charity, Hope for Tomorrow.

Nice one, that’s a great idea
tim_marra:Pete’s LF1 has a baffled driver

Just jealous me, thats all
I was wondering what you all think about paint protection to avoid stone chips on these as they will show quite badly on black paint.
chips on these as they will show quite badly on black paint.
Too true
I would Bully, that paint job is just too nice. The Venture shield I had on the S2 was excellent.
Alternatively just don’t drive too close to the car in front
