Not with the weather we’ve had so far. If it comes to the worst i’ll ask Chef to pour some hot gravy down the hill to de-ice it

May drive up in the Juke in that case - plenty of room to transport a free stash of frozen gravy for future consumption

Timewise i guess 11.00am at the venue to commence tyre kicking activities etc. It is all very weather dependent, so i’ll keep a watch on that and post updates. If the road is not passable on the day i will look at an alternative in Ambleside or thereabouts.
Lovely place stopped here for food few times last year, put me down as maybe. I might be over at lakes visiting auntie and uncle but all depends on how busy work is, if I am I will pop along.
Does this involve ping-pong balls?

I’ll call the pub to make sure it’s open as usual, other than that I’ll just keep an eye on the weather. Best to put it in the diary - the fall back plan (bad weather) will be to meet in Ambleside (venue tbc).
