Weather forecast looks ok (i.e. no ice or frost), chance of rain though.

Thanks all for turning up on such a grey day
Only 3 Lotus & 5 hardy souls, but the company and food was great, unlike the weather - it lashed it down all the way home through the lakes. At least the roads were quiet.
Those young cyclists were a keen bunch pedalling all the way up Kirkstone for a beer & grub, especially having got wet through trying 
Hopefully we’ll see Mr Pesky & gp_fisher at another one sometime soon eh guys? I hope your day turned out well

Yep great food great company, those cyclists must have been freezing, I was and I wasn’t even soaked through unlike them.
Definitely up for another one sometime and will try turn up in Exige next time.

It was way too cold and wet for Shrek to make an appearance though
Shame about the weather chaps, it was dry when we left you at Rheged but pi**sd it down after Carlisle but cleared up again at 1.00 ish
What did Sherman have for lunch ?
Well he was eyeing up the food on the next table ha ha

He had his breakfast (& a walk) before we set off for Rheged.
He still managed a few bits of my steak & ale pie though 
He spent a fair bit of time looking at the next table, but they had chips. Sherman doesn’t ‘do’ chips
