I'm losing weight

Checking out the Reverie website you can see that they (hopefully) know their sh1t, at least you know it works !

Me + Dremmel = DISASTER

Anyway I am going to see if the 2-11 splitter can be made to fit

You will need that dremel to either cut the clam or diffuser as the edges of the clam are lower that the 2-11 splitter.

I think the 2-11 splitter is just a piece of plywood that is fixed on top of an extended version of the front undertray. It is then bolted to the crash structure at the same point as we have a toeing eye bar, and fixed to the front clam with about 7 bolts. Must be reasonably stable as they mount the oil coolers directly on to it.

I’ve got a piece of plywood in the garage that I’ve been meaning to experiment with for ages.

While we are at it, losing weight that is…what do I do to replace the battery, is it a straight forward replacement, do I need a new clamp, will it affect the electrics, can anyone recommend a battery…and so on?

I really don’t think I need start a new thread, it’s a weight loss thing after all!

I have a carbon Braille battery - saved about 9lbs !!

Get it from

I went for the heavier duty one - not had any starting issues

make sure you get the mounting kit not the universal kit - doesn’t suit Exige
