You could leave the caps and get the callipers done yellow ?
They were done by AP, they are the calipers that were originally on the Orange GT3 mockup road thingy that lotus did a couple of years a go.
Going to see how it looks first, they are in good condition and like I said would mean have to send them off for professional repaint which I would like to avoid.
Yet more Kudos buddy
Great history for the car Gav. Why not secure the caps in place with a silicone sealant? They don’t fall out then.
Will you be keeping the full cage in for road use, or return it to standard?
loving the colour
Also keep the calipers orange IMO, looking at doing mine yellow
Would look great with your blue
Ive managed to get most of the bodywork offered on tonight although its not bolted down properly yet. I think i will stick with the orange calipers for now, i may even go with a splitter to match…
Unfortunately the car is tucked up in the corner and this is the best shots i can get of it at the minute -
I have a set of the 2 pot calipers here in yellow…
Black, grey and orange is a great combo…stick with your instincts!
Cough… Carbon, grey and orange. The 4 front quarter panels, front brake pods and engine cover are all in shiny carbon fibre.
Even better!
Keeping the full rollcage in, also the fire extinguisher system. It will still be a GT4 spec car just minus the Sadev.
Even better!
Lambo SV mate, go with the orange, very cool
Yes, keeping the Orange! Looking really good, have most of the body work on now at least although one of the side panel has to come back off to for a new extinguisher hose to the engine bay.
Ill get some pics up of it complete when it gets dragged out later in the week for its mot.
Well thats it all but done!
I just need to re-attach the centre switch panels and fix the undertray and diffuser in place and im good to go to the MoT tommorow.
Hope its dry, else it going up in the trailer!
Looking good, What’s the betting the headlamps need realigning
Looking good. In grey
Gav, what a fantastic “fleet” you have!
Bang tidy Gav. Just get those wheel centres fitted with some silicone sealent
