There’s appears to be much excitement about Honda engines in the Lotus chassis.Seems like an excellent idea to me, anyone know of any specialist breakers to source one?

Having become aware of the difficulty you’re having finding sources of good low mileageHonda engines, I’m working at stiking a deal with a supplier in Japan. Howard,Make sure you get the intermediate shaft, it’s heat shield, the inboard CV’s and the engine wiring harness in the bargain. This is an excellent price, grab it up before the seller knows the value of what he has.

PeeJayHave you done the conversion yet?I believe you mentioned in an earlier post that you went to the states to learn about this task.Was this for you own conversion or are you looking at handling the kits for Joe?

Hi all,I was going to buy a new elise 190 sport in the spring but am inclined to go the Honda route instead. Is there anyone here that lives in the UK that has had this conversion? I have lots of questions! I’ll need a respected UK garage to carry out the work and don’t want to be a guinnea pig for a botched job. Please help!
