Are EA just going to give you 25hp ? you should be able to get 40ish with the injectors and the re map , it would be rude not to wouldn’t it ?
I’d imagine you need a pulley for that?

25 bhp here I come!
Interesting ‘upgrade’ that Sincs manage to remove 195 bhp then!!!
No pulley required for 260 …
Co-ordsport in Tipton do 550cc injectors which are a direct fit ,same plug etc…
I believe they also do a higher volume pump too, although I already had a larger pump on mine.

I’ve usually got the DW ones that Co-ord supply in 440, 550 & 700 on the shelf
700 only needed if you uprate the fuel pump but also increase fuel pressure if you are looking for 350+ (which would also involve a different supercharger)
As JFK said standard size pulley for roughly 260hp , Sincs mapped my car to 260 with the standard pump/pulley/standard 240 S injectors , I had the smaller pulley fitted later with another re map .
+CN’s don’t change pulleys for their 260 upgrade
Just a 260 ecu , some 440 injectors and a bigger pump (cos the factory insisted)
Hmm… I must have words!
I like to stay safe though. I suspect cooling is more the limiting factor in keeping all those bhps…
the gotham is ~255hp about the same as the Chris Neil one they all basically do the same thing, allow full throttle…
It’s quoted as 25bhp, therefore 245 total ATF?

This one allows full throttle and maps AFR / timing to suit. I’m still not usre you can get another 15bhp without some other physical modification.
Extra power = extra heat too, so the inter-warmer is going to be the weak link.
I had the 1st Gotham in the UK and it made closer to 255hp, it appears that EA are more conservative than some other suppliers

Don’t forget the engine cooling as being a factor in making max power… The Exige needs a gurney in front of the radiator exit to help with engine cooling… A cooler engine makes more power…

Yep think I mentioned that a couple of times too
I’ve got the EA Gotham upgrade on my S2, and with a Forge IC it makes 247bhp @ wheels. Certainly a wothwhile upgrade and kept me entertained for a few months. Only bad point was the car kept cutting out at random.
I’ve been told by EA that they would not push the car further without fitting a CC.
Did you ever solve this?
They told me the same thing and funny enough they sell and fit CC kits , fact is there is a a few on here that run over 300hp with an IC no problem , I would say the gearbox is a bigger problem .
I had the same stalling thing after the Gotham remap , I tried replacing sensors and even a remap again but it kept on stalling , the only thing that worked was spraying throttle body cleaner into the air intake when the engine was running , it’s been perfect since and not stalled once .
No. EA advised that the ECU had to re-learn the idle point after the ECU was flashed but after many months and emails back and forth it was still doing it. Other than trying disconnecting the battery and letting it idle for 15 minutes my options were limited to troubleshoot, but the problem remained.
There was no consistency as to when it would happen either. I drove 500 yards from EA’s front door on a lovely sunny day in late May i think, when it cut out for the first time pulling up to a roundabout. I then had a very long drive back to Loch Lomond in Scotland so it was fine. At the time i was using the car daily so it was cutting out several times per week. Very annoying, but it would start no problem after it cut out.

Very true, I’m still debating an Audi conversion or upgrading the yota with the issues you mention. I’m watching the development of the g/box by Dave at Seriously Lotus with interest.
I’d been running the car for months on it’s setup before driving down to EA for a remap so i’m 100% sure it was related to the work done. That said, i fully trust EA and they were great at offering advice but distance is obviously a major issue for me. If it cuts out the next time i drive it i’ll try your method though - thanks for the input - it’s greatly appreciated.
I used BG 406 throttle body cleaner http://www.powerenhancer.co.uk/product.php/10/bg-406-throttle-body-cleaner
At the same time I put some seafoam in the petrol tank , I would say it was the throttle body cleaner that made the difference though .
After the the treatment I reset the ECU again with the battery , I had spent 100s chasing the problem with changing sensors and things but it was the 15 can that worked , the car even runs better .
