Eat your heart out, Frank

Thanks for the reprise, Frank.

Hopefully, no more needs be said, on that particular topic, on this forum

By the way, I can recommend this, if it’s available at your liquor store:

Have you got a little Captain in you?

I’ve never been at sea long enough to wonder… but Pesky if that’s you on the right I might have to reconsider and just say " bend over I’ll drive"

I contacted them, lets just say you could buy a new Exige for the price of a complete panel set.

Dave did you get any actual costs? I think I saw the thread on the various parts a while ago on the US board but without costs. The roof looked especially good…

Yeah I did get a full price list. Was asked not to publish it. The roof is US$3,500 + 20% for clear carbon as you see it.

Holy shite…how much HP to the wheels…

Would the cost of three carbon lids buy a starter S1 ?

Ah OK - appreciate the figures on the roof

IIRC the carbon body was a “one off” for a customer, & a “showpiece” for the manufacturer, so was never intended to be the prototype for a production run.

A few years ago, an Aussie co was making carbon bodykits for the S1, & they were available at around 12K.

the full price for a standard roof appears to be 1,400 web page so perhaps that’s not too bad a price
