As there are many people who would like to pay their respects to Con. His Family have asked us to post the funeral arrangements on the forum.
Cons Funeral will take place at 1:00pm on Friday 24th February.
The service will be held at St Josephs Roman Catholic Church, 20 Westgate, Wetherby,Yorkshire,LS22 6LL.
After the service there will be a Burial which will be for the family only. That will be followed by a reception at Wood Hall Hotel, Trip Lane, Linton, Wetherby, Yorkshire LS22 4JA. which is approximately 10 minutes from St Josephs Church.
Beth has invited all of Cons friends to attend the service at St Josephs and at Wood Hall for a Buffet and Drinks.
It has been requested that Floral tributes be given by family members only, but donations to Beth�s chosen charities would be most welcome.
As Con�s Exige and the Lotus community was a big part of his life could everyone please come in their Lotus� We are also told that Con had a liking for Stripy Shirts, ties and socks, So Wear something Stripy if you can.

Karen & I are planning to travel up on the day from the Midlands. All being well, (subject to JSR working their magic), we will be in the Exige. May be with a stop over on the Friday night dependant on what’s planned.
Need to come home Friday night (coach kids footy and daughter has choir of year Saturday) also have no roof (feel free to lend me one anybody please) but I’ll be there in the Audi, rather the Elise Coupe
In response to some of your questions Beth has e-mailed us with the following information.
In answer to some of the question on Exiges.com regarding Con’s funeral.
Regarding charities, donations will be made in Con’s memory to support those with Brain injuries, as well as to MFH Grenoble. MFH is a charity that provides support and accommodation to families in France who have loved ones who are seriously ill in hospital. MFH provided great support to me and Con’s family while we were out in Grenoble with Con when he was being cared for in hospital.
Regarding accommodation at Wood Hall Hotel following the funeral, there is already a discounted rate agreed of �120 per room per night (down from �157!). You can call the hotel on 0845 072 7564 to book at this rate. Alternatively there is a Mercure and a Days Inn near the A1 at Wetherby which should be more reasonable in price (around �50).
We have reserved some space at the front of the hotel to park up any Lotus’s that will attend, and they can be parked up along with Con’s Exige which will be driven by his Brother-in-law.
Also, just to note the service at Church will start at 1:30pm, but parking will be limited nearby, so best to get there early.
It will be really nice to meet his Lotus friends who knew him personally, and want to say goodbye and pay their respects to him.
