We have just found out, my daughter has to go into hospital to have a biopsy on a lump in her neck on Friday. We have been waiting for the date for a week or two. She is understandably really nervous and she wants her Dad with her. So with great regret I am going to have to miss Con’s funeral. I really do apologise, but feel I need to be there for my daughter.
Likewise, I hope to be there for the service, if not then I will be down later for the reception.

Really sorry but I’m afraid that I won’t be able to make it. I’ll be wearing stripes and thoughts will be with Con, his family and all who knew him.
Sadly work is not looking good for me atm so I doubt I will be able to make it. I’ll wear some stripy socks and raise a glass on Friday.
Staying over now, will travel home first thing.
Collected the Exige from John this evening so Karen & I will be travelling up on Friday morning complete with a working heater 
. Due to a busy family weekend we will be travelling back the same day, but look forward to sharing this special day with you guys.

Can’t make it I’m afraid, as in the process of moving house, was hoping that it would be all done today.
Will try to find somewhere to make some stripes that I’m sure that Con would approve of!
