Had a supercharger, charge cooler and Laminova oil cooler fitted. Had the drive shafts checked while the car was there - just as well, as one of the tripods needed replacing - so had the drive shafts fully serviced.
I have got the car how I want it now… for the time being anyway!
I am very pleased with the car - goes really well.
The difference between SC and NA is staggering. I went for the CC not for the extra power, although that is nice, more from a reliablility perspective.
Silverstone is booked for the 15th October with LOT, so should get a good feel for the car then.
Chris Randall will also be there, and he is going to bring a mechanic along who will check over the car - good service!
Respray - done
Retrim - doesn’t need it, as the previous owner had new seats fitted, and i don’t like all that aftermarket carbon look
video capture - done too many track days to worry about boring everyone with video of them
data logging - no need unless I am going racing
suspension - Nitrons setup by Chris Randall - good enough
wheels - potentially buy a second set, but as it is a third car, not sure I need them
aero - I have the front lip and rear diffuser - that’s enough
diff - can’t say
roll cage - again I am not racing, so not really bothered
So back to cams and brakes - I will get them at some point, just not now - no money left!!!

Fair 'nuff, looks like the car is very well sorted. My comment was more based on my own experience of never quite getting to the point where you could call the car ‘finished’…mods are all part of the fun I guess.
There is typically an annual exiges trackday and then interim events where we seem to congregate - Oulton with LOT on the 30th of this month for example.

I know where you are coming from as I have modified a few cars in the past and got caught up in the never ending cycle. I love the Exige, but would never have bought one if the only option was the k series engine (no offence meant to k series owners) as IMHO it is just too underpowered. Now the car has the power I want, I am happy.
The only reason I would consider the cams, is that cams for NA cars are not ideal for S/C cars. Therefore to maximise the S/C it would make sense to change the cams.
Also upgrading the brakes - usually the first thing I have done with previous cars - however they have all been much heavier - M3 CSL, GT3 etc. The Exige is much lighter and, so far, the brakes have felt good. We will see on track…
So beyond that, I am not really bothered…!
Exiges day - bugger, I would have gone to that if I had known! I will keep an look out for the next day - it would be good to meet up with fellow owners!
Neil, joking apart our comments come from experience, you know you say enough but then you reach the next peak ?
For sure you run out of brakes, I listen to all the “you dont need to upgrade etc etc” and I thought yeah seem ok and then I drove Sean B car and damn … there is something much better for feel and progression … less effort for same action …
Everyone who has driven my car says great but the brakes let it down …
