Book a track, todays pics

We had a guy in a 650bhp Roush tweaked Ford GT. It wasn’t slow.

Agreed! I thought all Ford GT owners were polishers/detailers, but that lad could drive his car with panache - sounded fab too

Wow, how did you make it look clean?!

You should know from another thread, that he uses Photoshop

However, even Photoshop couldn’t sort out the mess in your “boot”!

I shall provide evidence of a fix shortly.

Ian

I know, my GT was Roush tuned and it went like the clappers, sounded nice too.

Wow, how did you make it look clean?!

All the birds look great travelling at 30mph!!

P.s sorry I coud not get there guys, work has had me tied at the ankles

I had one of the original 10 Roush 600 gt’s only had 500 miles on the clock…

Why the hell did you let Mrs Evosal drive it?

Good friend of mine has a 600RE we both went to pick it up from the Roush factory a year ago, but he’s not a great driver and cant get use to it being a left hooker, very scary being a passenger, he keeps drifting over, so we tried selling it on pistonheads couple of months ago. so if any one wants one let me know i’ll put you in contact with him. Only thing is he liked the older wheels and put these on instead of the cross spoke, i prefer the cross spoke myself.

Looks like they’re not up on the Bookatrack website yet, but when they are, look HERE

What are you saying Rob

Me dude, sorry had to catch up this week at work, what do you need?

The splitter required cutting with a Dremmel more so then what had been marked out by Reverie. Fits right under the car, needed to jack up both sides on B and axel stand both sides on A but all in all three hours work…very well made (all of there parts are that I’ve got) but make the car look so bloody high from the ground I’ll be lowering it very soon …anyone any idea on how low the cup cars ride btw? Anything you need let me know, be at Silverstone March 14th

BIG THANKS FOR THE IMAGES MRD06, TOP SHOT

Hi, I was wondering if you had cut the clam or cut the splitter. From the above I’m assuming you have left the clam alone and only done the splitter.

Also interested if you have any close up pictures of the splitter, paticularly the area where it meets the wheel arch where the cutting is required.

Re ride height, I beleive the cup cars are 120mm all round. standard is 140mm. If you go below the 120 at the front you will start to have problems with wheel arch clearance, and start fouling the liners.
