That is it…I AM thinking.
Thinking its sitting around being used once or twice a month for 9 months a year. I am still paying for it so each month I look at the HP, the interest charge, the insurance etc and think there are better things I could be doing with my money. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t the cost I can wear that but the sensible side of me thinks I can do with out it.
I am getting my adrenalin fix from mountain biking these days and for my annual trackday budget I can have two very very good bikes.
Instead of spending �500 for a day out I can be spending nothing having as much fun and at the same time doing myself good by staying fit and wealthier. I’ve lost 1/2 stone in the last 2 weeks.
I won’t be doing anything for a couple of months so will ultimately make my final decision in March/April. Who knows I may keep it and be on this trip. I’ve never been to Spa so did want to tick it off the list.
Sounds very ‘sensible’! 
But then again, life is too short and you only have ‘one lap’ as Mr Bean would say!
Anyway, you’ll be wanting to modify the bikes soon too!!!
I admire your style however… Wish I could be like that!

None of us (in the UK anyway!) are “enjoying” our cars at the moment, & January/February are crap months in general terms. Hopefully, & I really mean this, you’ll feel differently in a few weeks…plus, fingers crossed, I will too, cos I hate this time of the year! 
One thing I should have mentioned is that I would miss the meeting up with you all, all very ‘real’ people who I have my best days away with on car stuff.
The thought of a eurohoon with you lot is very tempting.
Flog it and get an S1 elise matey. It will handle better and will be loads of fun and you can be all in with a nice track day / road car for �10k
And they aren’t an unreliable as everyone makes out. A 170BHP K series S1 elise, weighing in at less than 700kg’s will be at least as quick as your S2 and that spec of engine has been running in the LOT production class with no issues for three years plus now.
Worth a thought.

Budget another year mate, you didn’t really make the most of it last year what with the leg break. Maybe this is a hang over from that 2010’s going to be a hoot what with Easter again and maybe this coming off…either way you may change your mind or go out on a bang…Come on dude one last year
