This picture below looks like a special hooning area, I trust you did the honours
This picture is at the Nullabour Roudhouse looking out across the plain. No farming here as the soil is so poor it can’t support trees, absolutely virgin country. Nullabour is a latin word for tree less plain.
And yes we did the appropriate thing for the area. Would you believe my GF pushed more than me. Only time I have seen someone slow down to pass a truck!

Just caught up on this. Fantastic journey.
Sensible colour as you’ll be washing red dust out of crevices for months.
We did the Sydney/ East Coast to the Dantree/ Through Mt Isa/ Darwin/down the middle/Uluru/Barossa /Adelaide/Melbourne/Taz/Canberra
in a Falcon. Never went to WA. It’s ‘must do before croaking’ trip.
