Roll on mate…
What’s the latest?
Now run in and just waiting on getting the final map done.
October 25th mate?
Booked a while back, could do to get one or two days in before then as well.
Be in touch buddy when I’m home if you fancy a meet up September
I need to get out too as my car is back from JSR and is in rude health. Are you thinking Donny Jonny…oooh that rhymes
Beck and call September October mate…25/10 is a defo tho Ben + curry
Yup I’ll be there for October for sure but like Will want to try and fit in a couple of events before then…
yep name it I’ll be there…sorry that was at your beck and call lol…
Excellent news, when does it go in for mapping?
How’s about Wed 21st Sept at Donny?
Yes I could do that!
So, its been a while since the last update, but as they say, “All good things…”
Car is back with me and I’ve been enjoying putting some miles on it this weekend. Its been dry but it certainly requires a healthy doze of respect.
Final figures from the mapping:
329 bhp @ 8470
219 lbft @ 6615
Having retained the 285 cams there is bags of torque thoughout, with it being above 200 lbft all the time it is on second cam.
I’ll post up some pictures and more details of the things done when I get some more time.
Good news Will, well done mate
Excellent news, can you PM me the final spec of the engine, I still don’t know what to do, stay with the S2 and build the new engine and get similar power to you, or buy the S1 Audi such a tough choice
Ade, one is an Exige, and the other one…
…isn’t
[quote=tim_marra]Ade, one is an Exige, and the other one…

I know that is a sensible thing to say but S1 Exiges have now gone out of my league for a real one as a replacement for mine, this makes a very sensible choice for a replacement, I realise it will lack the heritage but I’m not buying for that, If I was I would buy one that was standard and leave it alone and sometimes use it on the road for special events.
It would be wasted, this one I can drive enjoy and it looks almost identical…
