The Moroso is back off now after i failed to cure the leaks…
Re-fitted a standard Toyota sump and will keep a close watch on topping up the oil to the max before any spirited use.
Hope others have better results than I had.

Are the leaks just from the sump plug and your sesnor holes? If so I think I can help you out. I could have a revised sump plug welded on for you. I have used these and they are great, plus your sensor drillings I could have an ally facing plate welded over the holes, so you have a good 10mm of thread to secrew them into. The fittings would cost you about �10 and I reckon my ally welding place would charge about �10 to do all the welding. It seems a shame not to use what seems to be a decent bit of kit, due to it leaking.

I have now returned the sump and had a refund however.
The leaks were from the two sensor take off points and the main drain plug.
I successfully sealed the two sensor plugs but the thread on the main drain plug was simply no good as there were only about 3 threads to “catch”.
I did consider modifying to suit as you said ,but thought that as a brand new product I should’nt have needed to make it work…
Anyhow it’s off now and the standard sump is dry
Fair point John, I guess I just accept the fact that 99% of aftermarket stuff that you buy needs some work to get it to work correctly. I cant remember the last thing i bought that i didn’t have to phaff about with.
