Happy days Look forwards to seeing you next week in the BAT Arrive 'n Drive lounge
Is BAT9 an SV Chris? I’ve not driven one but I know that the one we organised for the tasters at Anglesey was an SV. DaveP drove it and did not like the handling as much as a non-SV car. Maybe worth seeing if you can fit in a non-SV?
It is an SV, just saw the 6’2" guideline and opted for it. I’ll try and change if need be but it gives me a good excuse when Dave laps me also has a thing called a clutch, strange.
‘Sphere of Awareness’
I like that.
I’m gonna try and use that in as many sentences as possible for the rest of the day. As the rest of my day / night is being spent taking my 18 year old daughter and a dozen of her mates out to dinner for my daughters birthday, I don’t know how much success I will have.
I may just sit on another table, so 12 cackling 18 year old girls are out of my ‘sphere of awareness’
I make that 24 spheres of awareness for you to be contended with you old perv
Don’t go all ‘American Beauty’ on us dude
They could well be ’ pleased ’ that you are out of there sphere of awareness!!!
You’re only jealous!!!
Arrive and drive … must make you a proper Gentleman driver now Ben just like Mclaren GTR ownership apparently they match you up with a crew chief of similar personality, I bet Johnny did that for you too
Actually I think its a great idea. I’d do the same too if I had a circuit around here
That’s awesome Ben! I need to work more effectively and join this bandwagon. It was such a blast at Anglesey.
but … WHAT COLOUR is it??? hehehe
Haha Wes, yeah the first rung of The Gentlemen Driver ladder. Me and DaveP waving each other past,…‘after you old boy’
I did toy with black and white like a kinda BadgeR300 but changed my mind and went for bright blue with black wings/cage etc.
…wondering how Sean got on eh…
This time next week I predict Ben will be knackered and with a big smile on his face
]Congrats Ben, I’m sure you will love the Cat I still miss my road going R300 Can only imagine how quick those cats are with a sequential box and race prepped with a proper driver behind the wheel
Sadly I could never get anywhere near my old cars limits.

Yup they are quick! I think a road one could get you into a lot of trouble…
It’s finished bar the harnesses that should arrive tomorrow so its looking good for Friday
Picture from earlier today as it was being reassembled. Looking tasty in blue
White wheels and it’ll be sort
Looking good Ben
I know you’re not very mechanically minded Ben, but that needs a few more things than harness’s
In all seriousness, it does look good and am tempted to take the day off for the noisy day in October to generally talk rubbish and catch up.
Haha, thats an understatement
Do it John it would be great to see you and there should be a good crowd for the noisy day.
No white wheels Jonny, its got the new style ones like Dave’s.
