Just had a peep at on the met office weather forecast for Friday… It looks like it could be good!
Ive been watching the weather forecast for about a week now
Gets better each day
Says broken cloud /sunshine until about 10.30-11.00 and then sunshine for the rest of the day temps of about 12-13 deg
And a tow bar
It has one
Superb!
Another car I’m very much looking forward to seeing.
Beautiful day, sorry to have bailed but didn’t want to cover the track in coolant, and I need to have a working car for Spa on the 28th so I hot-footed it back to London. Hope everyone else had a good day - it certainly looked good from the viewing areas. Good to meet a few of you and fingers crossed for better luck next time. Cheers,
Richard
Thank you to Rob for organising such a great event. What a cracking Day. Can’t remember a track day where I didn’t even see a yellow or red flag all day. Exceptional driving manors by everyone on circuit.
I hope to catch up with a few of you soon.
Another amazing exiges.com day at Anglesey, great weather, great track, great company, great cars.
Huge thanks to Rob for organising and well deserved Con trophy winner Benja.
Shrek ran perfectly and by mid afternoon I had got used to driving differences after the 260S
Thanks to Gav for the pax in the T3, now how much is a sequential.
And what can I say Jonny pictures do not do your car justice mate.
Shame about your car issues, Richard… hope you get them sorted for Spa.

Have to agree, fantastic day, excellent atmosphere and great people. Thanks Rob for letting me hi-jack your garage, Ben, for the welcome and Beryl for looking after my kit…
Ray
…Good to hear there’s another Exige in Newbury. What have you got; I’ll keep an eye out for you Ray!
Cheers guys - as ever, it’s you who deserve the thanks for turning up! I’m sure the event will go from strength to strength uner Ben’s stewardship
Steve, “Shrek” looked, went & sounded superb - don’t think I’ve ever heard such a sweet sounding K series in all the years they’ve been around
Can I add my positive comments about the day - FANTASTIC.
Rob - well done for organising and the thanks do go to you as these things need a champion to get it going and keep it going - so thank you.
Ben - as someone said above - a well deserved recipient of the Con Trophy.
Looking forward to next year already.
Need some new tyres before then - destroyed the set from yesterday.
Thanks Rob.
We had an excellent day. First time out at Anglesey and first time with the exigers. We felt very welcome, despite not knowing anyone when we arrived. Wonderful club atmosphere.
Weather couldn’t have been better either.
Thanks again
I too have to add what a great day it was, shame my car never made it on to track but I could not risk the oil cooler failing completely and sending myself off the track and causing a closure due to oil all over the track. I made it home ok after adding a couple of litres of oil and making the passenger side of the car very black indeed.
Thanks to Will Graeme Jonny and Gav for the passenger rides, Finally Steve’s generosity letting me share his Clio for the day
Great day even for me as a spectator…such a good atmosphere as always and the best car enthusiasts I have ever had the time to spend with.
Mixed feelings over not tracking the car and put it on PH this morning and got 4 viewings booked in 4 hours :-/
epic day, and I’ll admit to being a lot more relaxed on the return trip once the mechanical worries and anxiety were behind me

I’m a bit slow to respond here but as everyone has said, big thanks to Pesky, and we look forward to be handled in future by Benja
It was a tremendous day; met up with all the old pals, some of them from Dad’s Army, and my session with Stuart Jones allowed me to finally get to grips with the track and the car, like never before. Never going to set the world alight but what a treat to drive as fast round there as I’ve ever been. I’m sure with practice there’s more fun to be had ( as the wife once said).
It turned out a classic weekend for me, with Damon’s route to Anglesey, via a few cart tracks. Then, today, an early start for the Evo Triangle . . . . What a road. If only the roads in England were so well maintained. Glorious views, open corners and obliging traffic. Stunning.
Then, Oulton Park for British GT practice and qualifying. The Bentleys are amazing.
Hard to top that!
