Sorry mate, I wasn’t implying any uncertainty for me either - I’m deffo past my “sell by date” as far as track driving is concerned! No complaints from me though - I’ve enjoyed an incredibly satisfying 12 years driving on numerous race circuits, which was something I’d always wanted to do, but it just wasn’t possible until “trackdays” appeared on the scene about 15 years ago.

Aye but as per text Tim it has a K24 bottom pulley sp should end up a similar ratio.
Rob, Sir Stirling was still racing at 80 so I reckon you’ve got a while before you need removing from the shelf!
I second that, I was really struggling the first time at Oulton, out with Mr P I went, came back much wiser, I don’t think I have ever managed to go around Oulton as fast in mine as Mr P took me round that day
Kind words chaps, thanks. However after being driven around Oulton by the likes of Gav, Randy & Mike Wilds they are in a different league. There are some others on exiges.com whom I’ve never passengerd with, but who leave me for dead on track.
In saying that, I have always enjoyed myself & just feel so privileged to be able to drive my car in it’s natural environment in the company of some great similar minded peeps.

OK its 1:30am and I’ve just got back with my ears ringing from a couple of tankfuls in the car. I picked it up, drove it lots, drove it into the West End (to watch Gravity at the BFI IMAX ) and then drove it some more.
What can I say in my knackered state apart from…shit the bed that thing is quick
