Just got an email back from Jonny Leroux, it’s 88db drive by at 30 metres not the 4/5 metres that donny is. my car was 88 at donny last time i checked. If you look at the people that went last year there are some noisyish cars, including 911 gt3’s and a couple of monster Escort Cosworths.
Well my new exhaust from Jim might make it below, but I’m not prepared to take the chance for �275, i think I will wait and test it at Donny first 
92/93 db’s at Donny so should be cool.

Too quiet for me.
I know when the Elise trophy boys raced there, anything much over a standard exhaust failed the noise test.

are you sure you’re not thinking of Zolder Sean? We’ve been to Zandvoort quite a few times and never had any problems. Last year we had ultimas, R500’s etc etc

I’ve just booked the NH Zandvoort for the 3rd & 4th August, right opposite the entrance to the circuit. 311euros for the two nights inc breakfast in a “Superior room”. That’s family price, single should be cheaper.
Unless Jonnyfox can get an uber discount rate for this one

Love to do Zandvoort, but sadly not this time as I can’t get that entire week off
(However, before the Spa t/days, I’m sneaking over to the Ring on Sat and spending Sun/TF with a few work colleagues for a few cheeky laps. Pop by and say “Hi” if anyone is around on the day)

Change of plans for me, still doing Zandvoort but having looked at possible ways to return home I will be getting the ferry from Rotterdam to Hull Thursday evening 9pm. For those who don’t know…
Zandvoort to Rotterdam 1hour. Ferry 9pm to 8am…and it looks very very nice indeed , �205 includes a cabin. Hull to Brum just over 2 hours.
Zandvoort to Calais 4+hours. Euro Tunnel. Folkestone to Brum 4 hours
Hook to Harwick is either 2.15 arrive 8 or 1030 arrive 0630 followed by 4+hours to Brum
Post trackday food & drinks on a posh ferry to Hull anyone?
