Well there were 3 of us out on Saturday and 2 out on Sunday…where were the rest of you…the roads were excellent, sun shining (chance to play with the a/c…or in TT case to find its still not workng right!).I think you are missing out on one of the best “fringe” benefits of Lotus ownership - meeting similar other people and a chance to see what they have doen with their cars, how they sound and listen to a few tall stories!

Nice pics TT, my biased opinion is that the Gunmetal/Titanium colour very much suits the Exige bodywork (not like those cheapo Silver cars)More importantly though, haven’t you realised that you’re a rolling advert for JCT600 - number plate, stickers, road tax holder (I think). After all they’ve done to your car, I’m surprised you’d still carry their name.I made HR Owen remove all traces of their company from my car before I’d drive it out of the showroom… They thought I was mad. They had to get 3 hapless souls carefully removing stickers under my watchful eye.That’s given me a thought TT… next time they have your car in for work, ask to observe them !

I agree - The silver ones are a bit TOO common… Every man and his dog has one.While the car is in this state, it can be a rolling advert for JCT600 - Thinking about sticking something on the rear plate underneath their logo saying ‘screwed my car!’…What a marvellous idea - In fact, why don’t I just do the damn work for them… ‘In my opinion’, ahem, (being careful what I say here) I believe I’d do a better job myself…[This message has been edited by TT (edited 29 June 2001).]

Ally might be common but everyone that has gone up for sale second hand has sold straight away!Nuff said!(After all it is the picture at the top of this website)… and I know David can’t take a picture of his (whole) at the moment!
