Getting a Noble, John, or perhaps my dream car the Porsche GT3?
Yours is a nice car, in a rare colour, & we’ll be sorry to see you leave the “club”
Nothing just yet Rob
I have to get past the possibility of a triple bypass first
already had the angiogram and it seems that the cars fine but I seem to be wearing out and I am faced with 3/4 months of taking it easy so I dont want the car just sitting there for months so its got to go for now
But if all goes well i’ll be back
John, sorry to hear about your impending possible surgery. I recall you mentioning the last time we met at Oulton, that you were undergoing some tests.I’m sure that I speak for everyone here, in wishing you all the best for a speedy recovery.
Just think, in a few months you’ll be able to compare scars with 83Man
Please keep us posted as to your progress - no doubt Nick will do the honours if you don’t feel up to it yourself
Yeah,Best wishes orangeX.(FWIW,an old work collegue had to have a triple heart bypass and I understand he has subsequently completed the London marathon!)Stay strong…
John
Best Wishes and hoping you keep well.
You got mail !!
All the best John, my old man had a triple ten years ago & has never looked back!
Cheers
Russ
I have been reading technical stuff about Pension Annuities. It says that someone with a triple bypass would get less enhancement (increase) in their annuity than someone who smokes…
Effectively it is saying that a triple is less of a health risk than smoking !!!
Good news, eh ???
Unless, of course, you are a smoker !!!
Must admit, if i could have a triple bypass and run the London Marathon, yes please, coz i be buggered if i tried it now
Thanks Guys I appreciate the thoughts
I do hope to join you all again though
The EXige has given me more pleasure than any of my previous cars including the Porsches
and Exiges.com has been like having your own experts on call 24 hours a day. (Something Lotus should take note off)
ps. I think I will leave the marathon until next year
John,
Best wishes and hope to see you at a track day real soon - maybe another European tour!
Mike
… I keep watching your Angelsey video for the right lines
All the best John
