Another point. Has anyone had a winscreen fitted without the front clam being removed and then noticed very small cracks on the wheel arches. The reason I ask is that I had to go via insurance due to the cost which meant it went to RAC. They were unconfident to remove the clam but said there was plenty of leverage and were very careful not to stress the clam. However I cant remember if the cracks were there or not. Will they get worse ?
