Now I dont know if I’m being totally incapable when it comes to adjust ing my washer jets, but I spent the best part of half an hour the other night faffing around with the adjustment to make the spray actually hit the screen properly. After finally doing it, I drove around for a bit, and stopped at some traffic lights, and low and behold they had lost the adjustment so I was getting a little sliveer of washer fluid right at the bottom of the screen!
I have seen this, just wondering what peoples thoughts were on it, and if its as good as it seems why dont more people have it fitted?!
While we are on wipers, what about wiper blades? My car was new in July and the wiper blade bounces and squeels like hell already, My last S2 never had this problem but the wiper arm has been re designed and seems to stand off more than the last one… could this be the cause? I am guessing you get more flex due to it standing off further?
Or could I be looking far to deep and is it just a cheepo tin pot shitty wiper blade fitted as std?
If so whats everyone else using?
I changed my old exige s2 wipers for JML ones. worked well for me. The annoying thing was the number of times the wiper went across the screen. The relay can be changed for a VW part but i’d never been arsed.

Mine is the same, dealer gave me a new blade to try, but no better. Now really annoying me with all the rain we are having. Tried rain-X, but in traffic, I am just not going quick enough for it to have much effect.
Thought about bending the arm , but am unsure if I should be making it tighter to the screen or softer.

yes I would second that, the wipers go accross the screen once too many times (maybe two times too many even) after using the washers on mine. What are JML wipers?
