Windscreen washers have no pressure - leak?

My windscreen washers are no longer squirting water.
First thought I’d ran out of water - false
Second thought was they were blocked - false

I can now see water coming out from under my front drivers wheel arch so I’m guessing there is a leak or that a pipe has come loose?

I took off the service hatches and and a look but couldn’t see anything. Is this now a trip to lotus (car in warranty)?

Cheers…

Filter blocked on the inlet to the pump, I’ve had it before on a different car

Is this easy to fix or should I take it to Lotus?

The pump/filter should be attached to the washer bottle - I presume you can get to that (if it’s like an S1 aircon car, it’s accessed through the nearside wheel arch by removing the liner)?

Pull out the pump. watch out all the water will drain out and check it, it is usually built in to the bung around the pump to bottle.

A blockage in your pipes can be a right pain in the arse!!

I’ll get my coat.

I’ll get my goat.[/quote]

How will that help?

Hmm, I don’t even own a jack so getting the wheel liner off is going to be a lot of trouble :frowning: I’m pretty sure the blockage is somewhere at the front as that’s where the water seems to be leaking from.
