Thinking abot replacing the whole exhaust system but my car has air conditioning. I seem to remember that the EBD manifold wouldn’t fir Air Con cars - does anyone know? Are there any other suggestions .

Nope - It will not fit air con cars … and if you want to keep air con with an Emerald ECU change you have to search around the web for a “black box” to enable that as it wont work without it …
