3 days on the trickle charger car would not start . Clicking from somewhere in the boot… dash lights all on. Then off .no immobiliser so its not that. .
Tried jump start…just the same …just clicking from somewhere in the rear and dash lights going on n off
Disconnected battery and left everything for 30 mins …Bingo. Started first go ."…
Well its now working but what happened?? Dont want that on route to Spa.
There’s only one thing for it, you need a reserve Lotus in case one fails

I had a similar problem Clive, found it was the battery terminal’s that needed tightening
Am also going to check out the earth connections .
All seems ok so far.
This is why i need a car with far less electrical trickery Come back carburettors and coils…er no even I dont agree with that but FAR less relianceon confusers would help

Yes…used regularly. But it obviously does not isolate everything after all.
It should do! I’d start with that on your hunt
