Why call it an Exige?

That looks stupid :frowning:

I meant to take a pic of the new Boxster for camparison but I was distracted

What boxster?

On the TV in the distance I think Ade

Why is it called an Exige? Same reason Landrover made the sport a range rover and not a disco. It places the product at the premium end of the market and makes it easier to justify the price being asked.

I actually can see the sense in making a clear difference between a 1.6 litre entry model and the larger engined models.

V6 engine - check
Superchager - check
Stability control - check
Sports seats - check
Full leather interior - check
1990’s Astra switchgear - er er …

Nice to see a proper diff fitted tho !
At least things have slowly changed at Lotus…

My dad was a scoutmaster…

Agreed

Thought that was a London bus???

A Jamboree bag was a small sealed paper bag containing various sweets and a plastic toy much like you would get from a cheap Christmas cracker. I think it cost 3p (thats 3 old pennies) …Bloody good drift eh!

We called them a Lucky Bag, which is also the name of a girl guide with a boyfriend

my wifes a lucky bag…
