I know I say it often enough that people think I work for them, but just had the annual service performed by B&C and was yet again 110% impressed. We’re all too quick to post when things go wrong, so allow me to post a positive experience for a change.
- annual service, performed for free in the end owing to a promise made by sales when I exchange my old NA Exige 18 months ago… no fuss made, just honoured their word
- swapped out the air con control unit (2nd time)… this is what often causes S S2’s to hesitate or stall and is a known issue
- swapped out the rear toe links under warranty owing to excessive play… watch out as apparently also becoming a bit of a known issue on the S
- swapped out the stage 2 exhaust for the 9th time under warranty owing to early signs of the baffles failing… again a very well known issue with this official exhaust (thinking about it I’ve only ever paid for one in 2.5 years, all swaps have been done under warranty without any fuss or charge)
- tried to change the alternator belt (some glazing) but owing to part not arriving instead removed and refurbished as best as poss
- cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out (was filthy when I dropped it off)
- delivered the car back to me in central London, approx 35 miles. They even avoided the congestion charge!

just fantastic, exemplary service. Yes they are a little higher priced compared to some other dealers, but you rarely hear a horror story about them - quite frankly I’d rather pay the extra pounds for piece of mind and complete lack of hassle.
