There I was quietly bidding for my new race car (Five pounds,thirteen shillings and towpence threefarthings){young people ask your grandparente what these are/were}
when screen would not respond and up comes a message to say “mystery Buyer” has bought the lot…
At the viewing I was a bit suspicious as there was only 1 actual race car, no trace of the 2nd and 3rd that there would have been or any meaningful moulds or body panels…all these had been snaffled by someone before auction started…???
is bernie up to his usual tricks or is there a new team on the way??
