Hi All, Just about to put my VHPD back together and was wondering what the best sealant is to use between the block and the bearing ladder? Thanks

Hi Tony,I think either Loctite 510 or 518 will do the job.

510 is what I built mine with.

I know DVAPower also recommends Loctite 574, which I think is a little more commonly available.

I used another manufacturers equivalent of 574 to seal the sump on after getting the baffles welded in. Cost about a tenner for a toothpaste sized tube 250ml???
