All being well mine should be back on the road in the next week or so.
SORN’d it as I was off on business for a few months and although it’s MOT’d I’m in mid suspension bush change, and also need some new springs.
Haven’t driven it other than to and from the MOT since the end of October!
Jez…There is a scratch on the base of your os wheel arch…tut tut is this what NZ roads do for paintwork.
Could do with some mudflaps maybe.
Is it just me, but I have NEVER seen another S1 Exige on the ‘public highway’! They seem only to congregate at circuits!

To be honest there probably aren’t that many left, the newspapers bring up yet another one crashed on a regular basis, of 601 built, 275 went abroad, I wonder how many actually are left?

Would say far more than 275 now…there seems to be a steady trickle of them out of the UK though… in the year since I’ve been paying particular attention I’ve seen several that have moved across to mainland Europe as track toys as well as the dribs and drabs that escape down to the antipodes.
Fingers crossed, over time the S1 Registry may start to gather statistics on this. I seem to remember a LOT went to Japan/Asia as new?

Incl. trip, import, Dutch taxes etc the UK samples sell for 24-32t�. I know 4 for sale on the mainland al around 40t�. For that kind of money I can drive RHD of course the poor exchange rate at the moment is another bonus for us mainlanders…

I am in Evesham, so only about 15 mins away…
I am sure we could drum up a good run out… there are some great roads about nearby, with a few watering holes too!

Think it may have been me you saw. Did i pick u up at thetford round about & follow u to snetterton roundabout running up level on your nearside before exiting.
I saw a nice Lazer blue S1 parked up at my work car park (Pennyhill Park hotel). loved it…
